2.Two new machine tools of Hualing Intelligence in 2025.
Huali Intelligent's latest R&D achievements will introduce two new models in 2025: the four-head machining center C-1000-4 and the dual-channel machining center C-560-2D. The C-1000-4 breaks through traditional single-head machining limitations by achieving parallel processing through synchronized control of four spindles. Each spindle can operate independently or in coordination, enabling four heads to process multiple operations simultaneously for high-volume production efficiency. With a tool magazine capacity of 4×21T, it offers substantial tooling capacity and rapid tool change efficiency, allowing multiple operations to be processed in a single setup.
The C-560-2D model features a large working area with an optional 120-electric spindle (BT30), delivering high material removal efficiency while supporting both precision machining and surface finish processing. Its upgraded tool magazine with 24T capacity accommodates a wider range of cutting tools, enabling complex machining processes and reducing tool changes.
